Our school has been approved as a Sun Smart School by the NSW Cancer Council.
We have a 'no hat no play' policy and encourage students to wear bucket or wide brimmed hats. School sport and other outdoor activities are timetabled to avoid the hottest part of the day. Sunscreen is always available and our playground has plenty of shady places. Our large and numerous trees provide the students with plenty of places to play without being out in the sun and we are actively planting more each year.
